Interesting but you should try it with say another ship or a target. It is neat to see how the flight path crosses but does not overlap but how would this compare to say firing arc with another ship? I doubt a player would just continue to do 2 straights and bump into it.

Well the thing is any ships with pilot skill between 2 and 6 (in my example it can very depending on list build) have to bump or brake off since the firespray takes up any remaing space behind the zs until it moves

I won without losing a single ship. Both my Starvipers were down to their last hull, and my Firespray had 4 hull left.

I had Predator, Tactician, and an ion cannon on Kath and both Starvipers had Autothruster.

I went straight at him first and then started dodging. I took a beating first exchange, but so did he. Then I kept out of arch or at range three. Autothrusters are amazing! Kept Kath firing out the back most of the time and four dice with Predator is a monster!
