ok so here is the important wordy stuff.

E: If this attack deals damage, until the end of your next turn, each time a player sucessfully plays a foundtion into their cardpool as a form into their cardpool, add that foundation to that player's staging area.

R Commit: After your opponent plays their third foundation this turn, play 1 foundation from your hand, following all restrictions and paying all costs. You may continue playing foundations this way until you fail a control check. You may not commit foundations (or play abilities that count as committing foundations) to make these checks successful.
so here is the dilema, you Dark Force on turn A and then on turn B they play 3 foundations and you respond with chun-li. The question now becomes do these foundations you play get knocked down into your staging area once you pass them.
9.7 in the TR states :"Any foundation that was played will be moved to the staging area." which leads me to belive that you would not but I just want to get a firm yes or no
