The Verdant Talisman from the Woodland expansion increases your life and fate value by one. I have a couple of questions, although I think I know the answers to them.

1)If someone takes the Verdant Talisman from you does it increase their life and fate value by one?

2) If you take the Verdant Talisman back from the person who took it from you do you increase your life and fate value again?
