I haven't really even ordered much directly from FFG, but you couldn't get the play mats any other way. I placed an order on Feb 23rd and it still hasn't shipped. I know it has been in and out of stock since it came out, but I specifically ordered while it was IN STOCK. Normally I love doing business with FFG, my one previous order I made on their site shipped pretty quickly.

I am wondering if other people have been having similar problems? Is FFG just slow when it comes to shipping? Or is something going wrong with the play mats that is slowing things down?

I was charged $13.80 for shipping that seems pretty steep considering coming up on 2 weeks ago.

Is this the sort of thing I should contact customer service about?

None of which affects this product. They are made inhouse at FFG, and he ordered from them, so they are the ones shiipping it.
