I call it shoarma.
I have it with pita bread (fresh and large) and with garlic sauce, lettuce and sambal.
P.S. That's a great video. I had a Geordie mate growing up, and so I immediately took to the accent. But I also like the idea of boiling the peppers. I'll have to try that.

Yeah, the Hairy Biker's version of the kebab looks a hell of a lot better than the stuff we get around here. They're a lot of fun to watch at work as well (for celebrity chefs, anyway)
