Hey guys couldnt find this posted. With btl a4 title does the second attack work like gunner ie. It can be against a different target, or does it have to be against the same target as the primary attack?

BTL-A4 states no such restrictions, so you are free to pick a different target for the second attack.

Agreed it allows a cannon to fire it makes no requirement it be at the same target.

When I pop Marksmanship with an action, I should be able to use it's ability with both my attacks, correct?

No it is not.

The card includes no limitation regarding factions. Each and every "Y-Wing" can use it. That includes imperial Y-Wings if such ships turn up in the future.

Nope. It's Y-Wing only, but there is no mention of Rebels or any other faction on the card. So it's free to use on any Y-Wing you can find, even an imperial one if you ever where to find such a thing as an imperial Y-Wing
