Star wars imperial assault work in progress by Sparkglow
Looking real good.
If all the characters look like that, I think the pieces will all have a very distinct look to them! Quite painterly, when i first looked at Gideon, I was reminded of John Blanches painting style.
Looking forward to more, keep it up!

Thanks , have only been painting for a month, it is fun for an amateur and I am trying to make them look a little bit battle-hardened love painting them dirty

Alternatively, you could upload the images offsite - say to imgur, and embed them here.

I first sprayed him with a white base color, than i painted him with a brown color mixed with orange, left the armor and strap pieces white. Gave him a wash with nuln oil, the white areas on armor and straps/belt got a nice look, så i washed those areas 2 more times, than highlighted the edges with silver. I than took a brighter shade of brown , drybushed his fur, finished with a drybrush of white. His weapon i just used leadbelcher and mithril silver.
If you want to know exactly which colors i used i can check my paintsupply when i get off from work. I will be online and checking the forum this evening, if you have any questions and want some tips i will try to answer as soon as possible
