baby shoggoths found in NC sewer (video)!!!

By dj2.0, in Arkham Horror Second Edition

What the hell ? don't know what it is, but it is clear to me that it is some chirugical vid taken from inside a patient's body. I didn't doubt it a second. That's body-inner-taken vid, that's what it is. Nothing gruesome.

......................they're living Eihort BROOD TOKENS!!!!!

Right. And everybody has a concrete lined inside. With just a bit water running down. And no movement of the oh so living walls.

The little note below the video said that they are worm clusters in a pipe.

Of course they would publicize that. They wouldn't want the terror level to increase by one, would they?

I don't want to argue a lot about that (quite useless) but look at the way the camera is exactly in the middle of the "tube", and how it advances slowly, by sudden and abrupt "stuck-like" moves : tell me how a camera in a sewer would do that, and how a camera pushed in a body's whatever-tube would NOT do that ? That is typical urban-stuff, and until there are more proof, I'm not gonna believe such superstition-conspiracy-like craps ! happy.gif

I was ABOUT to watch it, but after reading the posts I decided I'd rather keep my sanity at a safe level lengua.gif

It is pretty gross. I've seen a couple of those inner body videos. My guess is it is a really small pipe, and they are using a similar tool to explore it. I agree it is definitely not a perso walking around, because in one case you can see the lens actually pushing into the blob.

It's a small motorized camera, a "robot on a cord". I'm a Public Works engineer, and we have to throw these little wheeled camera-bots into small-diameter (or toxic) sewers and storm drains all the time to check for leaks (and, apparently, monsters). They do tend to move in jerky spurts, but the cameras are usually equipped with a steady-cam feature, so it will appear to move forward without losing its dead-on horizon focus.

Yo, jgt,

So you would maintain that it is a sewer ? it so doesn"t look like actual one. You pro eye would help us on that tpic, you didn't really comment on the visual aspects of the vid but for the cam. Tell us your opinion, come on ! I'm willing to believe it actually IS a gruesomely screwed up sewer with gross spongific whatever form of living being... if tangible proof is brought.

...sorry to 'spoil' the fun. Some beings like these have been found two or so years ago in...I think it was Denver? They sometimes clog up sewer pipes.

New lovecraft movie?

Nah, they're real.

*edit*

curses, for some reason I thought that the OP had a different link on there.

*feels stupid for a while*

In my opinion, this is a real sewer, a real story, and a real (earthly) organism (actually, a mass of them).
