I like it. It's a little bland, but once you get over that it's a great addition.

Now that I can actually see it, my previous comments are just about spot on. There are some character sheets out there that are lot "shinier". But I like this one because of it's grand simplicity. Plus I can print it on my black and white LaserJet at home.
