Galladinium's Fantastic Tech (Some assembly required)

By Ghostofman, in Star Wars: Edge of the Empire RPG

Anyone noticing how much tech from the old Galladinium's catalog is showing up again? I finally got Fly Casual and it's got quite a pile.

Looking at the other books I'm seeing a trend.

Fusion cutter, Intimidator Blaster, Flechette Pistol, Gravity Belt (lol, seriously it's there, and when mated with the updated Enc and Availability in SoF it still works!), Bith hiding cube, Kelvar Dissuader, Remote vehicle activator, Autopilot droid brain, Droid Dissabler... it keeps going.

Guess we know one of the favorites of FFG, this keeps up we'll have almost the entire catalog before we see a 2nd Edition...

Oh shoot, you're right!

Here I'd been letting that book sit on my shelf, expecting to wait for the Technician Sourcebook to arrive and start seeing heavy borrowing from this resource.

Somehow I doubt we'll see Imperial Command Combat Simulator again, however.

Thanks to whafrog, I now have a decent start on a WEG collection, and I do have Gundark’s book. But I don’t seem to have this one.

How many did they make? Does anyone know where there is a complete list of all the WEG publications?

Last time I worked on this page it seemed like a pretty complete list:

Awfully enjoying myself converting to EotE after reading through this one, I even managed to get original copy from a collector friend :) I am very happy they included the "Bith hiding cubes" in Fly Casual.

Not only is a lot of that material in the game, the book itself is in the game: EtU, page 71. ;)

Ha, that's awesome! The circle of life.

OMFG That's great! LOL. How did I miss that?

Also, there's some crazy meta going on there as you'd assume the "real" catalog wouldn't have the "Star Wars" header. So is he looking at the actual catalog? Or is it a supplement for the Star Wars Roleplaying Game? And if it's for the game then would that make the game the equivalent of D20 Modern? It's on a datapad though, so it's a bookleg scanned pdf....

Nice. What format are these made in? I'd love some of these to use in DAZ Studio . A decent Jedi Utility belt for their Genesis figure, or even M4 would be great. Even basic .obj files of these would work.
