Tuckboxes for Scum & Villainy

By SirWillibald, in X-Wing

Hi everybody,

I've uploaded v2.0 of my custom tuckboxes for pilots.

It now contains additional scum boxes. Each faction gets a generic version ("one for all") and ship specific versions ("one for each ship"). Each box comes in three sizes (1cm, 2cm and 3cm thickness) to account for different sized collections. I'm planning to do an additional 4cm generic version.

Check it out here:

Here's a preview of the size 2 boxes (generic version):

You'll find matching boxes for damage decks, maneuver cards (big and small), reference cards and upgrade cards (one for each type in four different sizes) as well.

An update for the upgrade card boxes (Illicit, Salvaged Astromechs) will follow!

Nice work!

Yes! As I was putting all my S&V into my totally reorganized Plano 1374, I was wondering about S&V tuck boxes. I have to say that without tuck boxes for my other big ships, I wouldn't know what to do with myself. I do need to find some sort of storage for my Tantive IV and it's kit.

I also realized that I didn't have my Outrider made yet.

I've been looking for a card storage solution for a while, and I like those a LOT

are these designed for sleeved or unsleeved cards?

If they are designed unsleeved cards, is there any chance you could do a second, slightly larger version for sleeved cards (standard size for most card sleeves is 88mm X 63.5mm - or 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" in old fashioned money)

what grade of cardstock do you recommend ?

They are designed for sleeved. I can tell you that. Just make sure you uncheck the RESIZE FOR PAPER FIT or whatever that option is. Just print it a la naturaul.

I printed mine on regular paper and glued to those folders that fit in a filing cabinet. There are a ton of them at work that I use. Not sure on paper stock. Probably just the standard cardstock.

looks awesome

Regarding cardstock:

I printed mine at home on 200g/m2 cardstock, planning to have them printed at my local copyshop on 300g, but 200g works anyway.

heychadwick pretty much answered your questions, thanks, too!

Regarding cardstock:

I printed mine at home on 20g/m2 cardstock, planning to have them printed at my local copyshop on 300g, but 200g works anyway.

Somewhat remiss of me not to thank the creator of these fine items

Thanks SirWillibald

Tuckboxes for upgrade cards (and a few other minor changes) have been updated with wave 6 stuff:

Had some problems with rar and zip archives being too big to upload, so I gave 7-Zip a try. File size decreased suddenly another 50%! WinRAR can handle those files, too, unsure about Winzip. But 7-Zip is available for free.
