prepping for SC & looking for ideas ...

I've been flying:

Delta

Soontir + PTL

Whisper +VI + ACD + IA + FCS

It works like a charm except vs. Chiri + VI that is currently everywhere. With that in mind I'be been thinking on replacing whisper for something with more hitpoints and decent damage output.

New squad:

Delta

Krassis + "Mangler" Cannon

Soontir + PTL

I'm not sold with naked Soontir if there is no longer the Phantom menace around so any inputs on how to spend those 30 points will be appreciated

My current favourite build is this:

Soontir Fel + PTL + RGT + Autothrusters + Targetting Computer

I took down a double IG B+C build with this as well as a dash(mangler cannon-outrider,etc so no range 1 blind spot)/corran ps10 build.

poor delta seems weird on its own

if it helps, I've been having great success with two ion Deltas escorting PTL Soontir + thrusters

thanks for the inputs, imo Firespray and defenders are mostly equal ships in terms of tankiness, damage output and rear arc === white k-turn... Soontir is a beast if no Vader crew is around. I like both of your lists!

I guess I'll try swaping Soontir for a Sigma so that becomes a bit like Biggs in the sense that may take some heat from Krassis who can get RC or Recon crew.
