Thoughts? It's not going to work like any of the popular YT-2400 lists, which ought to give it a pretty substantial advantage. It has durability and substantial control, but unlike a lot of control lists it can pivot pretty seamlessly to straight damage if needed.

We had a Vrill list place in the top 4 last Sunday (22 players) he had RecSpec instead of Gunner, and 2 B's with Tactician and Ion Cannons.

It was nasty, as it escorted Fat Hans and Decimators right off the table and controlled the escorts & broke up swarms.

Your list looks even nastier - and fun as well - and if I were you I would test it both with and without RecSpec.

The added durability can have quite an impact over the course of a game, for the small cost of auto-choosing your action 95% of the time.

Why the Anti-pursuit lasers?

Why the Anti-pursuit lasers?

No particular reason. But he has relatively low PS and he's working in a control list, so if he can set himself up as a blocker and do a bit of damage at the same time, why not?

I've tried the stress generation for eadin and it really lacked in stopping power. I'd lose the cannons and roll the tacticians. I'm going to be running 3 blues with a 2400 at store champs but haven't nailed down the 2400 pilot yet. Might just go for a naked eadin for the chance to hit harder on an enemy that k-turns or flys through a cloud. I feel like it's hard to build to help eadins ability.

My 2 cents

The B-wings aren't obligated to use their cannons, though; they can fall back on their perfectly effective primary attacks if Eaden's preferred target already has stress (or is at Range 2 from at least one B-wing).

At 2 points each, I think the stress-cannons might be worth running as a way to make sure Eaden's ability gets triggered.

I've got a similar list made up that I haven't flown yet, I'm not using gunner or apl, but recon specialist and tactical jammer, plus an enhanced scope on each dagger to make sure it gets it's action/ can block and beak up swarms
