So I just ordered this expansion and will have it later this week. I'm looking for recommendations for a good squad to run.

I already have a HWK-290, Y-wing, and 2x Z95s that I can use with some of the new cards.

if I understand correctly, you have those things in addition to most wanted (so hwk, 2 ys, 4 Zs). The squad is going to be relatively immobile, but we can work out one that is at least brutally efficient to steam-roll through the opposition.

Imo, first thing to do is to toss in Palob. He just seems like the most powerful pilot out of the ships listed and his ability, while seemingly selfish, actually buffs your entire squad by debuffing an enemy (Reducing incoming damage and increasing outgoing damage by stripping tokens)

The most basic HWK outfit is blaster + recon + crow, which'll run you +10 points for a feisty, and surprisingly durable little bugger (that now also steals tokens to become even more feisty and surprisingly durable)

Now you got options. The easiest thing to do would be two title ion Thugs and two pirates, but that'll be some very stiff flying.

Alternatively, you could bring out the blaster bros (Palob and V.I Kavil, blaster w/r4 aggro) fill out the rest with Zs and hope you don't run into Carnor

I think you'll need a fair number of Zs for blockers in order to compensate for the HWK's and Y's limited maneuverability in this age of the hyper-mobile

Thanks for the input. I will likely run the Kavil Pablo combo recommended by Cubby this weekend and let you know how it goes.

N'dru, lone wolf, cluster missiles, hull upgrade.
