Yup just another momentum dependant Void card...Oh Joy!

I would like Power of the Edge to come back, it was before my time so I would be down for it. Also I would like to see an Akuma deck run it.

Akuma = -4cc hack

Seculsion = -4cc hack

Yoga Adept = Discards Assets and Foundations

Power of the Edge = Discards and negates Actions and Attacks

Blood Runs True = Hacks cc and draws

The Anti K' = Hacks cc and possibly ends the turn.

I'm down with this deck.

Well, Flooded Nile Throw, Sandstorm Throw, or any other attack really + Akumahax

I actually ran Akuma this weekend and being that i didn't want to go the mono-fire attack lineup, i ran off void/fire with my only fire only card being A New Low.

Akuma R + A New Low + Handstand Kick (commiting foundations to bring to 9 dmg) + valuable experience + A New Low + Handstand Kick + Valuable Experience = lol

Really once A New Low and Valuable Experience hit the table you got a nice way to smack them once during their turn. Get Body of Souls out and you got another way to recur that attack, plus more chances to draw into another attack. And aquakinesis gives you even more draw...

Back in May someone said something about Burning Knuckle being a confirmed reprint? I hope those rumors are true, I'd like to see that again. Order just lost a small amount of it's playability, it'd be nice to see it get some back.

That battle pack was Terry & Rock Howard vs Billy Kane & Geese, it was incorporated into the Flames of Fame set, so all the new cards from the battle pack made up the character support in the set. I don't believe Burning Knuckle was ever supposed to be released IN the battle pack.

Yes, to confirm what was said before. As a tester at the time, I saw the would-be battle pack and unfortunately the Burning Knuckle reprints never happened since, as was said before, the battle pack was incorporated into Flames of Fame. Yes, I'd like that card back...but not as much as we NEED contemplation.

Don't ever expect to see Contemplation ever come back. People at FFG seem to have a huge Bias towards mill, so much so that it affects the process of making cards that support a viable strategy in a card game. Mill is in almost every game, but apparantly this game is to good for it. Mill in UFS feels to me like the players who will damage you just enough to win via time in a fighting game, for me, Mill fits in very well with UFS.

Nah, it's just what we need. I'm not naive enough to think that an aswer like that would come back before Close Throw...and as much as I like Power of the Edge, the resources that can use it don't need it now.

As long as Ira Spinta remains unchanged, and people revere it (an ultrarare) as the savior and be-all/end-all of this game, I know what direction the game is going in...and there's no place for many attacks there.
