So I came up with a list for Dual IG's and (im sure youve noticed this but I just want to make sure im doing it right) i was thinking about the IG-B's ability. it states: Once per round, after you perform an attack that does not hit you may perform an attack with an equipped (cannon) secondary weapon. So lets say i have a HLC on IGGY-B. He shoots and the target spends evades or dice or whatever and i dont score a hit. Does that mean i get to attack AGAIN with the same HLC?...sort of like a better gunner?

Yes. It is sort of like a Gunner, but limited to cannons (Gunner allows a second primary attack).

right thats what i was hoping for. a better gunner. so with FCS i shoot and if i miss i attack again with HLC and now im target locked.

The first attack can be a primary shot though. The second must be a secondary (but not necessarily at the same target).
