No. The Scum use "Salvaged Astromechs" while the Rebels use "Astromechs". These two are not interchangeable.

salvaged astromechs and astromechs are two different upgrade types. you can tell from the two different symbols on the upgrade cards

as of right now (and likely for the forseeable future) scum ships will be the only ones who can use salvaged astromechs.

E-Wings would be broken good if they could equip Unhinged Astromechs.

I did notice the different icons, though in the discription it just calls it an astromech.
