I have a rules question about the order actions are performed (when using Stygium Accelerator). When combining either "Echo" or "Whisper" with Stygium Particle Accelerator and Push the Limit, when you decloak and push the limit off the free evade action for a barrel roll (most other actions don't usually matter which order you do them in) which of the following happens?

Evade, PTL for Barrel-Roll, Decloak (And then a green maneuver to clear the stress.)

Or:

Decloak, Evade, PTL for Barrel-Roll, (Green maneuver.)

The latter one seems more likely, in my opinion, but the Stygium Particle Accelerator card says "when" you decloak rather than "after" you decloak, so I'm not entirely certain.

The free evade action for SPA is from decloaking, so you have to decloak first. Then you get your free evade, then you ptl, then you do your maneuver.

Keep in mind you will be stressed when you do your maneuver so do not do that if you chose a red maneuver

Until it's happened you have not decloaked to activate the SPA. It is clear to me that you need to finish the decloak first.
