Hi all,

Today I discovered that I've somehow lost the rules/quest insert for Crown of Destiny ! I keep all my rulebooks in a binder, and I just picked up Guardians of Deephall, so I was filing the quest insert away, and noticed Crown was missing. Obviously cause it's just a hero/monster pack I'm not concerned about having lost any rules, but I'm disappointed that I lost the two quests. I mean I know I don't play these quests very often compared to the campaigns but still. I was wondering if anyone on the forums has had this happen before/how to go about possibly getting a copy of this? Would FFG send it to me if I asked nicely? I don't even care if it's a hardcopy, I'd be satisfied with an emailed pdf just so I might be able to play the quests again.

I've heard lots of good things about FFG's customer service, but I figured I'd put it to the community before tying up a CSR only to receive an email back saying it's something they won't do.

Send them a customer service request. They are usually very good about things like this.

Having your proof of purchase can help a lot. I've kept all of them for situation similar to what you describe.
