Sensor Jammer - attacker rolls, gets 3 hits. I use Sensor Jammer to turn one hit into an [eye]. Can the attacker use his focus token (assuming he has one) to convert the [eye] back into a hit?

Autoblaster - attacker rolls and gets 2 hits. The target has 3 agility, a focus token, and an evade token. I am told he cannot use any of them on the hits, only if the attacker rolled crits. Is this correct?

Correct on both. Defenders modify attack dice first, so the attacker can spend the Focus token after Sensor Jammer does its thing. You end up with the same number of hits, but only after the attacker is "forced" to spend their Focus token. As for Autoblaster, the latest FAQ clarifies that their hits can't be canceled by dice (whether natural Evades or converted eyeballs) or things that add evade results (like an Evade token) because those are also considered "dice results".

Yes you can use a focus token to change the focus result back into a hit after sensor jammer rerolled it

And yes since the autoblaster hit results can't be cancelled by evade results you can roll your dice and modify them to your harts content and you still suffer 2 hit results.
