Is this ship in any books? I think it is pretty awesome, but it might not show up because it is so old.
XS Stock Light Freighter

There are some fan-made versions that are pretty good though.
Only way I could see such an old ship model coming up outside of an Old Republic sourcebook would be if someone featured it in a published adventure involving ancient ruins. Something involving a Sith lord's hidden temple with one of these ships stashed away as an unused escape vehicle, if I were going to do it.
Otherwise I'm sure it can be easily modified from an existing ship's stats like the YT-1000 or similar.

If FFG ever decides to do an Old Republic sourcebook, then it might show up. Otherwise, it’s highly unlikely.

As the others have said, there's nothing yet, and we shouldn't expect it until FFG decides if/when to do an Old Republic sourcebook.
That said, I have it and a few of the other ships from The Old Republic statted in my Freight Creation Thread . There are a number of us who have statted it, so you can really go out and pick whichever one you want.
You could probably adapt on of the YT-series of ships to function as an XS Stock Light Freighter, though perhaps with a slower hyperdrive and slightly less powerful weapons.

Considering that the fluff text in Wookieepedia says that the YT-1000 was inspired by the XS Stock Light Freighter, I think I’d be inclined to start with that one and work backwards.
But maybe that’s just me. YMMV.
The YT-1000 is in Enter the Unknown. You could just its stats I would think.
