When I was going through the cardboard bases I realized that Kavil and two Warthogs could be built with only a single copy of Most Wanted, so I decided to put together a list around them:

Kavil w/VI, Blaster Turret, R4 Agromech

2 x Syndicate Thugs w/BTL Title, Ion Cannon Turret, Unhinged Astromech, Bomb Loadout, Proximity Mines

Binayre Pirate w/Feedback Array

That comes in at 99. The Thugs will be YOLOing around the board with their green 3s, shooting things in the face, and pooping out mines on high PS targets. Kavil shoots at 9 so Phantoms will be trying to stay out of range 2 of him and the Binayre Pirate is there as a blocker that can use feedback array to pop low health targets or to do some damage to whatever he ends up blocking.

Between the mines, Kavil's turret, and the Feedback Array this list has a lot of area denial tools at it's disposal.

I'm torn on putting Prox Mines on Warthogs, as it kind of runs counter to keeping things inside their arc vs. running it with the turreted versions, but putting multiple Y-wings in a single list is super appealing.

I was 't originally going to put the prox mines on them but I found myself with 7 points left over. It seemed like the prox mines help out with the types of ships that the list will probably have more trouble with (high agility arc dodgers) so I went with them instead of upgrading the Binayre Pirate to N'Dru or a Heavy Scyk with a Mangler.
