I'm not sure how the order for this would be? An example is Torkhil and Roark who would go first?

Torkhil triggers at the end of the activation phase. Roark triggers at the start of the combat phase.

If both players have abilities that resolve at the same time, the player with initiative resolves his abilities first.

OK that was easy what about other start of combat phase triggers.

Um hard to find one that matters but what about Palob and Guri? Can Palob wait for Guri or can Guri wait for Palob?
