As the only playable Chun-Li now, how does she work exactly? May I spam as many foundations as I want (until I fail or stop of course) after my opponent's third foundation, or must I wait for them to play subsequent foundations before responding with mine (they play F#3, I play F#1, they play F#4, I play F#2, etc)?
