I don't think Serissu really brings anything to this list other than a priority target. She isn't anything but a higher PS Scyk when she's the most expensive ship on your list. She really needs to be flown with a bigger threat and used like Biggs.

I think a similar but better list would be:

5 x Cartel Spacer w/Heavy title + Mangler Cannon

I think you'd be better off with 4 Sigma Phantoms. Better first engagement, harder to predict where the phantoms are going to decloak to.
