I just want to make sure you don't make the same mistake as others have made in thinking that your existing Z-95s will help your Scum out in anyway. Your Scum faction will consist of 2 Y-wings, 2 Z-95s, 1 StarViper, 1 Firespray-31, 1 HWK-290. One Y-wing will be from your existing collection but both Z-95s will be from Most Wanted.

Yes, in that they are in Scum (not Rebel) colors, and are to be used as Scum (not Rebel) dials, in sanctioned events.

My budgets is low - I've pre ordered 1 Most Wanted and 1 Star Viper. I'll consider another Most Wanted for the extra HWK and Firespray Dial, a 2nd Y-Wing, and some more copies of good cards - K4 for example.

Aggressor probably as well in future - cannons and extra Accuracy Correctors.

But for awhile at least - 1 Most Wanted and 1 Star Viper.

Before it was officially released, I tried a few scum lists just using what I already had - z95's Firesprays, and Y wings

You can put together some fun and reasonably competitive lists with just that - especially if you don't mind proxying the odd card or three.

If budget is tight, just get Most Wanted - in fact if you've got a few Headhunters, HWKs, Y-Wings and Firesprays - and gaming buddies that don't object to proxy cards and dials - you don't even need that

If you're looking to repurpose stuff, Most Wanted was designed for you. You can pretty much run a whole 100pt squad out of the box if you've got a Firespray, HWK and Y-wing already.

what about increasing cash flow??? all i know is nearly 35 years ago I used to go out and pick up returnable bottles and turn them in for cash to support my Star fleet Battles habit... I could easily make 8-10 bucks a week. also used to mow lawns and sweep and clean construction houses. which BTW are a gold mine for returnables!! lol just saying... also bagged groceries for a bit. Money was better but the hours sucked as I had to work when everybody else wanted off as in weekends and friday evenings which put a damper on my play time!!

Thanks Swedge, appreciate the advice, my situation is more of the kind of full-time job, house expenses and a newborn hence cutting down on my hobby expenses is something that I'm gladly do, but at the sametime wanted to make sure I was doing the right purchase.

Anyway, today i went to my LFGS and bought MW and the Starviper and managed to get out of there without going over budget, which is very hard for me to do In the other hand I'm having a blast with my new toys, MW boxset brings a lot to the game and enriched my collection greatly

lol I gotcha... yeah i remember eating a bunch or Ramen noodles and PBjs when i got my first real job. along with a house payment/car payment etc... at the time I was also into "hotrods" and THAT is a very expensive hobby!!! oh and kids are ALWAYS expensive!! fortunately mine got a full scholarship that even includes a meal plan so I actually make a little money by her going to college! I am also fortunate that uncle sam covers most of my medical/ and dental stuff which is still expensive!! I get a nervous twitch every time i go to the dentist and he mentions crown!!!
