Star Wars Rebels

BEST. EPISODE. EVER!!!!!

Plot twists galore. I love it. :D

I'm going to throw up.

UK sucks sometimes. Wish I could watch this.

"some things are worse than death"

Boom, I wish I'd seen more clone wars, but that was still pretty cool.

I need Sabine's TIE for this game.

OMG I know right?!?!?! Next Imperial Aces is going to have it I bet you!

Clone Wars all seasons are on Netflix !!!

Ironic that master and padawan are in the last episode? And I don't mean Kanan and Ezra.

True. I loved the reference to the "Art Attack" short at the beginning and the shape of the smoke cloud after the stolen transport flew though it.

My 9 year old son and I got super hyped when we saw Ahsoka and Vader.

I hated Ahsoka in the Clone Wars movie and at the start of the series, but she grew on me and I grew to love her.

How bout Kanan vs Inquisitor eh? eh? That was THE best animated fight scene of all time!

Oh, and if you aren't a fan of Rebels on Facebook you might want to be. They did a nice showcase of some behind teh scenes stuff and some very minor teasers about next season - including an interesting change in Ahsoka's sabers.

I loved Kanan Vs The Inquisitor
just behind
Episode 6's and 5's as my favorite lightsaber battle

The use of Ezra's saber/gun combo was fantastic especially since Kanan flawlessly switched between a dual sword fighting style to a sword and gun style which makes his whole cowboy/reject jedi persona even better, can we please get Ezra a new blade and just have Kanan use both lol

Yeah I really loved that saber fight, he really did a great job of using all 3 weapons to max effect. The way he defeated the Inquisidor was really, really cool.

I think the "some things are worse than death" was in part a hint on Vader showing up. The whole 'you have failed me for the last time...' thing and all.

I was honestly a bit surprised what happened to him, I didn't expect stuff like that in this show to be honest.

You didn't expect stuff like that after two people got beheaded?

Oh yeah, forgot about that...

I also like that we got some confirmation on Kanan and Hera being in a relationship.

So, after watching last nights episode ...

I am sooooo excited to see the inevitable showdown between Snips and Vader ... imagine if Vader is the one that kills her! Would really showcase Anakin "killing" everything that was part of his past. It would make what happens with Luke even more significant!

Why does everyone seem to think Vader and Ahsoka will fight each other? Why would Disney create a brand new show, starring brand new characters only to kill them all before Episode IV starts? Because 1979 Obi-Wan said Luke is the last of the Jedi?!?

Why does everyone seem to think Vader and Ahsoka will fight each other?

We're discussing that in thread

I'm of the opinion that while Ahsoka may end up dead and, if she does it will be at Vader's hand. That doesn't mean she has to die. They're leaving themselves some wiggle room to keep Ahoska, Kanan and Ezra alive at the end of the show.

After all if Vader can kill Anakin, then Luke can be the last Jedi.

The term Jedi may indeed be referring to the official title. Not all force users are full fledged Jedi. There could be multiple lightsaber wielding space wizards at the time of Episode 4, that don't abide by the strict code of the old Jedi order.... they might even get married and have children.

So you see, what Obi-Wan told us was true....... from a certain point of view.

The term Jedi may indeed be referring to the official title.

There's a movie on the FB page for Rebels and in it Dave Filoni says that Ahoska isn't a Jedi, he talks about her blades being white because she's no longer a Jedi, but she's also not evil.

So clearly they're making room for non-Jedi force users. You could argue that Kanan and Ezra are both in that same category. It hasn't been said one way or another that I know of, but it's sorta hinted at that Kanan hasn't finished his trials yet. So he's not a full fledged Jedi, the Inquisidor asked him about his masters last command when Order 66 was issued. Made it sound like maybe he was still a Padawan.

Yeah, Freddie Prince Jr. talking about how they did not water down Vader makes me wonder if Kanan is actually getting a robot arm next season...

I also seemed to have developed a strange desire to hear James Earl Jones say "Snips".

I loved that episode but...

... I guess standard TIE /LN's have onboard life support now?
