When using the naval bombardment operations card, do you have to roll to establish contact every round, or once you establish contact once...you then have contact and can use the card each round without rolling for contact again and again? Thanks for your help.

I have been rolling for contact every turn. It works. To do otherwise seems VERY powerfull.
