Can anyone give me a link to to Omar's deck list please. I like the idea of mill and I would like to gain some pointers.

Omar didn't post a link because he's wanting to run the deck again at Nats, and possibly worlds.

i'm surprised that no one posted what they saw him play. but there is talk about what he did. it just seems to be a bit weird.

And that... in a nutshell... is Omar.

Although I have been out of the game for a year, and I'm just getting back into it now, I can't help but to wonder why a card like Feline Spike took a full year before any action was taken against it? I mean, "How couldn't any of you not find it so blatantly obvious from the very first moment you saw the card?"

I have to say it's even worse for Bitter Rivals. The SF prerelease demonstrated it so clearly. So even before the card was "officially" released, it had become a problem.

I saw Chun Li at CanNats, this is another good move. There are some cards on there that I'm (naturally!) not familiar with, but I believe the choices made here are for the better of the game.

Although I still can't understand why it took so long to take action against what-I-thought-were-obviously degenerate cards, I'll end on a positive note: I am extremely pleased with the bannings and errata announced in this thread.

Because before they had Hata, they had Ledezma, and boy, what a card *is an insult*.

Even when they got Hata on bored, Hata and Horvath had a lot of FAITH, and chose to "see how things went", and in some circumstances, "saw" too long.

With Feline, they tried to justify it's 1 check, damage redux/life gain, etc, but the harsh reality is that it's one of the quickest, more reliable kills we've ever seen. Bitter saw seldom play until the new rules gave it the power to discard anything not named punch, kick, weapon. When Hata helped with Set 11, he (or maybe it was Horvath) said quote, "We've finally made a tournament-calibur Chun-Li."

Hah...yeah they did!

Sadly, now we are left with :::Chun-Li::: that won't see play (or who knows). Not sure if people would run her with all the Chun-Li cards out there (although Sworn Vengence works well with her, quite well; the Chun-Li F at least)
