This would be the first sighting of two human hosts to one brain case, without the brains, and performed my a human. Or it's something else. transformations of the Cthulhu Mythos. The intent of the artist is to render

a scene where two individuals are having their brains exchanged.

I see no Migo connection. The equipment in the foreground appears

to be merely typically medical in nature however a bit too modern

for the '30s pulp era. This strikes me as being a work of Tony Shasteen (Bite Marks).
