Star Wars Dice App

Well, they guy is always trying to get the edge in every game. We didn't ban him, but we always force him to use dice now. Others use the app and we really have no issues with it, but I'm thinking someone at a major tourney may do the same thing our guy did.

That's what worries me.

Sounds like a scumbag. I'd ban him.

Trying to get an edge every game? If he didn't learn his lesson getting caught cheating, and still tries to find an unfair advantage, get him outta there. That's garbage.

Not up to me. He's friends with the store owner. The store owner has to make the move.

I use the app almost exclusively, not only because it is way more random than physical dice (not dealing with dice imperfections or air bubbles in the plastic) but also because I like a tidy game board. It is important to note however that you MUST TO USE THE APP IN FULL VIEW OF YOUR OPPONENT. They need to clearly see the result on the screen. My personal rules are that I say out loud "rolling" so that my opponent can clearly see me activate the dice.

ditto

I clarify beforehand that the only roll that counts is the only that happens when I press the "roll" button

it does make me sad when moving my phone into view causes the app to roll me a set of perfect dice, though :(

Hacking the dice app? This I had not heard. Just another reason to purchase an extra set of dice.

And that's probably why he's not banned...

What a ******...I would never want to play with him...sorry you still need to deal with him...
