This website featured an article on the new Scum faction and showcased an upgrade card "Dead Mans Switch". I just received the "Most Wanted" expansion and noticed it was not included. Someone on Amazon reviewed every single Scum faction expansion and listed every single upgrade by name and there was no mention of this card. Was this something FFG decided to do away with prior to release?

Supposed to be in the Aggressor expansion pack, I believe.
It's in the IG-2000 pack.
