Its fixed.

The latest FAQ is 2.2 which was last updated on 26th Sept.

The issue you are referring to is an auto script in the website which lists the last time to document was "modified" or "linked to" which in this case was 20 Feb as they accidentally had the wrong one loaded from the new website launch.

All of the documents that have been around are being listed as 16 Dec, which is also wrong, but as these are updated, they will basically fix themselves one by one.
