First three debris markers finished. They lift off the base for flyng over. No X-wing miniatures were harmed in the making of these.

Where did you get your ships from?
A fellow x-winger cast them and I got them in a trade.
Wish I'd borrowed the moulds now though. Could do with a whole ton more!

How'd he make the molds in the first place?
I believe he very very carefully pulled some ships to pieces. He was using his ones for asteroids, and then they went and released the debris tokens, so we did a trade of my asteroid casts for his ships. Everyone's a winner.
Knocked out a quick Y-wing tonight. Had never noticed how plain their paint job is before! Not entirely happy with the cockpit though.

Wow these are great! Reminds me of an article on DakkaDakka where a guy did this back in Wave 1.
Panic did an awesome job with debris and his gun turrets even had debris as well...

I would love to see more of the process and techniques people are using to make these has anyone made resin cast debris of some of the huge ships like the Cr-90?
Meekor; These are panic's casts. He did a great job with them.
Dodt; I did a walkthrough of making a two part mold during my kickstarter. I've not done the large ships, but there's a guy on Ebay selling debris casts of them. The quality is really good, but the bases that they come with are crap, so I'll be making my own. You can read from about Update 17 onwards how to do it yourself:

Eggs your wreckages look fantastic. Great poses and paint too. Here are some of the ones I've done in case anyone is interested!
