Good day! Many of you have seen my posts around the XWingTMG subreddit or the tournament Facebook page, but I wanted to make a post here for those of you that aren't familiar with this event.

Last year, in South Bend, IN, we held the first Campaign Against Cancer tournament. We had 40 players show up from all over the midwest and raised $1300 for the American Cancer Society. It was a fantastic day of gaming. (For pictures of last year's event, visit http://imgur.com/a/EvZrl )

This year, we are doing the same thing except that we have now grown to 5 cities: South Bend, IN; Iowa city, IA; Ashburn, VA; Oklahoma City, OK and Vancouver, WA. The tournament date is 4/11/15 and we are hoping for 200 players and to raise $10,000. You can sign up to participate by visiting http://x-wing.org. Prize support this year is being provided by players, FFG, Sideshow Collectibles, authors, artists and several people that I have yet to contact. They will include used ships, custom painted ships, brand new ships, X-Wing miniatures accessories (translucent dice, acrylic templates and tokens, etc), signed artwork, signed books, signed pilot cards, original run Star Wars comic books and more!
