I wanted to build a thematic deck with Gimli and Galadriel, and I included Legolas for good measure. Attached Citadel Plate to Galadriel (has anyone else even done this?) and let her take undefended damage while Gimli and Legolas avenged it. Pairing this up with an elvish support deck. Also a great chance to test Silvan Tactics, which I hadn't done yet.

I would have Gimli as a punching bag in the first rounds.... for sure... And some healing...

It looks as a fun, not viable tactic. Paying 4 resources for a Citadel Plate to someone who doesn't benefit from it, while the character who's design it is to get hit, doesn't get one, seems rather stupid.

But, maybe you're not out to win, but to have fun.
