Well, everyone's going crazy about Scum&Villainy and I'm just sitting here repainting my decimator...

It's a first one in a long time. Hope you guys like it! I know it looks painted as you can see the strokes of paint and stuff, but I really like it though.

Favourite re-paint so far. I love the almost cartoon look it has.

For some reason I prefer repaints that look painted ahead of flawless airbrush jobs.

So the Emperor is inside throwing out Force Lightning?

I have always liked that design yet never been happy with my own attempts.

It looks truly wonderful, the sticker above the bridge is very 40k.

Not bad at all though it does have a somewhat cartoony 40k look. One thing of note would be that you haven't been consistent with your highlights, for instance I can't see much on the black parts of the ship which kinda makes those parts disappear.

The windows look fantastic! Only complaint I have is that sticker...Were it an Imp decal, it'd be perfect, But that skull thingy seems so non-SW....But hey, it's your ship! Do what ya want! Personalize

Totally wicked with the blue lightning...Butt the skull seems out of place...

Absolutely Gorgeous.

Certainly does remind me of the fundamental techniques used for painting other minis I'm familiar with (40k and such). But i personally find the look quite fitting.

If you had an entire fleet painted in a similar way I can only imagine the coherent niceness that would be displayed. I also don't mind the SM skull decal, it.. kinda looks nice.

It does stick out, but If i was playing against you and saw that I'd simply interpret it as a hobby cross over, which is cool to me.. gotta pay homage.

I'm getting a decimator today and i'm certainly going to think of some things to do to the model.
