If they do a triple faction bomber aces pack they could do a new sculpt for the B-wing/E2 with the proper cockpit,

12 points is the minimum point cost for a ship. Also, how is a quad TIE bomber cheaper than a TIE bomber?

it's not my card, I found it over at Afewmaneuvers

and thought the ship looked awesome. I didn't even think about the stats.

If I bothered to put together a card it would look very different.

Funny - that;s pretty much exactly what some Jehova's Witnesses told me last week when I mentioned that encouraging people to find out "what does the Bible really say?" was probably going to be counter-productive in their efforts to drum up converts

So, the Assault Gunboat seems like it might have at least a soft confirmation. At the very least, the point that the forums are read & acknowledged is reinforced (not only by his direct statement but also by) that he knows it's a fan favorite.

I'd guess if they were going to release an Imperial ship they would stick with a TIE variant.

I also have little doubt it will be this TIE variant,

because no matter what any critics say,

I'm sure it's all already been said about the TIE/sa bomber.

The Assault Gunboat looks closer to the Lambda than anything the Rebels have.

Apparently the TIE Interdictor is mention in the FFG "Stay On Target" Sourcebook,

Which makes it much more likely to make an appearance in X-wing.

I usually point out things like the devil has three to ten kills to his name but God has killed 2.8 million, also the part where gods powerless against anyone with an iron chariot which is most people these days hell I have two cars I'm doubly safe

If they do the Interdictor or Oppressor than the game has truly jumped the shark.

The gun boats been around nearly 20 years it's a well established ship and would make alot of people happy.

The interdictor is obscure and although not as insane as some tie variants no where near as many people are clamouring for it.
