Hi folks,

Couple of related questions that came up in a game I played today, we weren't sure of the answer so we didn't use it. If anyone could clarify it would be greatly appreciated.

1. FCS - After I attack I can allocate a Target Lock token. If I attack a Phantom when it's cloaked can I allocate a Target Lock to the Phantom, and do I actually need to hit to assign the Target Lock?

2. Can I allocate a Target Lock token to a cloaked Phantom as a normal action?

We read the Cloaking/Decloaking cards, but were none the wiser.

Yes you can still target lock a Phantom when it's cloaked. And you don't have to hit the Phantom to put a target lock on it with ACD, but it must have been the target of the attack.
