The title says it.

is "move" a "move action" or is "move" any movement?

Do Syndrael and Hugo get their hero specials if they did`nt perform a move action or do they really have to stand still?

I m confused, because in the rulebook it is wirten

hero turn in detail:

move:

When a hero player performs a move action, he receives a number of MoveMent pointS equal to his hero’s Speed (represented by a � on the Hero sheet). Moving into an adjacent space costs one movement point (with the exception of entering certain types of terrain; see “Terrain” on page 18). The player may choose to move fewer spaces than his hero’s Speed. A hero may also decide to perform two move actions consecutively, in which case the hero receives movement points equal to twice his Speed.

here "move" is meant as "move action"

On Syndrael`s hero sheet is written: if you have not moved...

is this meant: if you did`nt perform a "move action" ?

No, a move is described as changing location on the map. Move actions are very specific things (which do nothing but grant movement points for the purpose of spending them to move).
