I know at this tournament there are going to be several Dash builds, at least 1 paul heaver fat han build and a 3 b 2 z95 rebel swarm list.

In that case, sabers are probably a bad choice, especially without PtL. HLC Dash and mass 3 attack shooting will make short work of interceptors not able to arc-dodge with barrel-roll + boost or even double up focus+evade when you can't arc dodge.

If there's going to be lots of fat-whatever lists, you might be better off taking a TIE swarm yourself. Kills all those low agility ships easily, although dash might give you trouble unless you can block him.
