Knowledge (Core Worlds), or (Outer Rim)

I'm not overly versed on all the EU stuff in the setting. I never read the novels or the comics. I pretty much just have in my head what was given us in the six movies, The Clone Wars, and Rebels.

I'd rather use something that already exists if it fits the bill rather than create something new. Is there a Human or Near-Human world somewhere that has like a feudal or semi-feudal society where knights or warriors swear fealty to a hierarchy of lords?

I just looked up the word feudal on Wookieepedia and found these:

But I don't see why you won't just make up your own. The Empire was made up of nearly 70 million systems. So more than enough room to add a few planets of your own.

That, and you won't have to worry about some specifics being off or changed later on. If you made them, no one can say that you forgot this or that tiny detail.

The entire Tapani sector is essentially feudal in nature, with competing noble houses and vassals if you want a setting that has it's share of turbolasers and armored troopers but still has that Game of Thrones vibe.

I'd rather use something that already exists if it fits my needs. I think having a little bit of name recognition helps. And if any of my players decides to check out any information on the planet, like from the wookieepedia or whatever, it lends a bit of authenticity to it. But if I can't find what I'd like, then I'll certainly create what I need. Creating something definitely has its advantages too.

The links and the mention of the Tapani is a great start! Thanks! :)
