A list I plan to test out once scum hits:

Boba Fett with Lone Wolf, EU, gunner (50)

Kath with vi, EU, K4 droid, Ion Cannon inertial dampeners (50)

I love the K4 droid combined with the high pilot skills and boosting. Also Kath can make a green move first round of firing with a target lock and focused ion cannon and next turn blow past the ioned ship to finish it off.
