As many of you know we have a large group of fantastic Star Wars gamers and a great host at Pastimes . Currently we are supporting X-Wing, Star Wars LCG, and Imperial Assault for Organized play with Armada to come in 2015. We have two different structures for Imperial Assault organized play at pastimes. The first type of Imperial Assault OP is League play and the second type is Tournament play.
League play is casual games played using the campaign format provided by fantasy flight games. Our League will run throughout April and May but we will be taking team sign ups right now! For league you will need to sign up your team after that you will have 8 weeks to complete the campaign missions anytime during pastimes store hours. Our weekly scheduled meet up will be on Friday evenings from 6:00 p.m. till close. After the 8 weeks the most successful teams who complete their missions will be award prizes. Prizes will be based on participation and will be but not limited to, store credit, future Expansions, custom 3D terminals, doors, and crates! These are not 3D printed but are custom sculpted by hand and the perfect addition to your game as well as a blast to paint! See Images below...
Tournament Play is competitive games of Imperial Assault using the Skirmish mode provided by FFG. Skirmishes use 40 point constructed teams and a 15 card command deck with no more than 15 points worth of command cards. You will battle your opponents 1 vs. 1 on various maps and missions. Prizes will be based on participation and will be but not limited to FFG League kit, Special Skirmish Map, and either store credit or future Expansions!
Our Monthly Schedule for all the Star Wars OP is below and follows the same format each month.
1 st Sunday of each month (April 5th) Easter NO EVENT rescheduled for Sunday April 26th -$10
2 nd Sunday of each month (April 12th) Imperial Assault Skirmish Tournament- Entry $10
3 rd Sunday of each month (April 19th) Star Wars: The card game (LCG) – Entry $10
4 th Sunday of each month (April 26th) Star Wars Armada- Entry $10 (We will also have our X-Wing Make up Tournament from Easter).
X-Wing League play is Scheduled every Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. till close – Entry $15
Imperial Assault League play (Campaign) every Friday from 6:00 till close - $15
Imperial Assault Campaign League is scheduled every Friday from 6:00 p.m. till close - Entry $15
Remember leagues are 7-8 weeks long and games can be played anytime during Pastimes store hours.
Saturday March 14 th we will be hosting our X-Wing Store championship ! 11:00 a.m. Registration Starting promptly at Noon – Entry $15
