Nope my bad read the card wrong.
Combos you might not have known about
For all those drooling over 7 dice N'dru PRockets... I think you need to read PRockets again.
Two dice native, a max of 3 dice from the agility and then opportunist and Jan equals 7. What's the problem?
So ummmm, Jan is scum eh?
N'dru + stealth device + opportunist = 7 though
Alright, I'm confused now.
I thought the combo was with Nera, but she doesn't have the agility for prockets and now I am not sure what anyone was talking about.
Edited by ForgottenloreOk if you really want to roll all of the dice
Gemmer Sojan+A wing test pilot+Opportunist+Prockets+Stealth Device+Jan= 9 attack dice
Maxes out at 7 because of the card text for proton rockets, I checked every rules card except that one naturally
Edited by SirEmilCraneProckets maxes out at +3 dice from agility. The most dice you can get on one attack is currently 7. Which actually allows you to 1-shot a firespray.

So it does, missed that.
N'Dru attacking with Cluster Missiles can potentially roll 4 Attack twice. And +1 for one of the attacks if he also has Opportunist equipped.
That's 8-9 Dice thrown from a single ship with no additional support in 1 Round.
Highest achievable is 10 with a double-tapping Horn with APT and expose/opportunist.

Yay! Someone else mentioned this!
Incidentally, any build that gets Prockets to 7 dice could theoretically get Cluster Missiles to a combination of two attacks that total to 8, allowing you to take care of the large ships with a 5/5 split instead of a 4/6.
Still, the only thing that can 100-0 a Named Falcon or a Decimator is the wind-shield wipers of a Huge Ship.

Totally missed N'Dru, but I've known about Clusters for a while.
Incidentally, 9 Dice is enough to 100-0 a Named Falcon (5 to shields, and 4 Direct Hit! s) !!!

Do S&V have anyway of pulling stress away when N'Dru gets the stress from opportunist? That way you could trigger it twice.
Same goes for rebels with Jan Ors, her ability is limited by the stress and doesn't mention "once per round".
Imperials have Yorr to pull stress, but don't have anything like N'Dru or Jan Ors.
The Empire could do this though:
- Kath + Opportunist + Cluster Missiles + Vader
- Yorr
That's two 4-dice attacks and triggers Vader twice for a potential 10 hits (including 2 guranteed crits).
Can technically down a Decimator : 4 hits from first cluster, vader crit, 4 crits from 2nd cluster, vader crit again and you need to draw 6 Direct Hits!
Could also take down a named YT-1300 or YT-2400.
Edited by KlutzScum don't really do the "help each other out" thing, aside from Bodyguard/Serissu (I'd don't think there are other Scum helping hands), so you're not going to be able to double-tap with N'dru that way.
more than the faction identity, you're probably not pulling stress because N'dru does not play well with others

Yorr and Opportunist don't work. though... When Yorr takes the stress, opportunist doesn't resolve - because Yorr received the stress instead of the Decimator.

Most likely designed with Lone Wolf in mind.

more likely because they needed a suitably restrictive restriction to give a 17 point PS 7 a 3-red attack (I can feel the rookie pilot seething from here)
