AA YT2400 list

I don't fly A-Wings nearly as much as I should and when I do I generally use them pretty unimaginatively as cheap agile blockers

So I'm thinking about something a little more aggressive from them backed up with Leebo built for a good balance between attack, defence and support

I like the Jan Jake combo - Jake can take a focus action to trigger his ability, but Jan flips it to an evade - allowing Jake to use his ability both offensively and defensively.
Calculation meshes nicely with it too - especially for the Prockets.
VI is handy on Gemmer so I can choose my moving and firing order between him and Jake - would be nice to put it on Leebo too so all 3 are the same PS, but Determination just feels like too much of an auto-include to change.

A few. First off, I don't particularly like Prockets on Gemmer. I know you want to be in R1 to get the bonus, but your opponent doesn't really want you at R1 to begin with. Then you add Prockets, and they make sure you're not at R1. Now you're wasting points on his ability that won't trigger against a skilled player, and you're wasting 5 more point for a Procket that you'll never get to fire.

Secondly, for a 1 point EPT, Jake just begs to have VI. This puts him at PS9 and in a much better position to not only use those Prockets, but to know whether to BR or boost. Heck, he can hunt Phantoms at PS9. If we add that to him, now there's no point to having VI on Gemmer (there really wasn't much of a point to begin with, but whatever), so we actually have 6 points to play with now (5 from dropping prockets on Gemmer, 1 from dropping VI from Gemmer).

With those 6, you can add PTL to both A wings. Jake can selectively use it so he doesn't have to end every turn being stressed (which is important if you're shooting at a Rebel Captive), but the ability to F+E (or in this case, double Evade) is huge for staying power. I always feel like I'm wasting PTL on Jake because I don't always use it, but then when I don't have it, I always want it.

Or you could drop Gemmer down to a Green saving 3 more points. Now you can put AT on Jake, and VI on the Green to get him back to PS5.

I am such a dimwit! I couldn't figure out why prockets were 5 points instead of 3 ..... duh!

Some great suggestions there - I wanted PTL but couldn't see where I'd find the points

How about this one - build slightly more for survivability especially against turrets ,- although you could take out EU and switch to HLC to up the damage output

I ran a list like this at a store tourny a few weeks ago. Used Tycho, Jake and Nera. The problem I ran into was once I used my proton rockets, those two attack weren't enough to burn things down. With all the arc dodging to stay alive I couldn't guarantee a range 1 shot. Eventually they just make a good move (or in my case, I made a stupid one) and you'd get hammered. Also, I had one game against 4 (FOUR) bwings time out because I couldn't pack enough punch to take them down.

So balancing a nice big offensive punch might be an answer.
