How long after the US release have past waves hit overseas, specifically here in Australia? I'm trying to get excited about the apparently imminent scum release, but I'm expecting a delay here of at least a few weeks. Anyone have any idea about how long that might be, or has been in the past?

Apparently some stores have already sold S&V in your neck of the woods.
my local store is getting M3-A, Starviper and Assessor on 26/02/15 which is American release date. supposedly most wanted not hear yet so he is trying to get some airlift in which may be here in time of release
as for being released in Australia only one shop had it on sale for one day accidentally

Make sure when she hands you the divorce papers you put a Stress or maybe a Evade token next to it.
