Scum Inbound

I'm already eager to start making lists. Anyone got anything good built yet?

Another poster mentioned Boba with Stay on Target and outlaw tech. That would be quite a nice combo.

Navigator to position into range 1 and Lone wolf for extra re rolls. Made Boba very hard to hit. I did manage to drop both bombs and have them hit but I'm thinking about swapping one of the bombs for Inertial Dampeners. Then up the Y wing pilots to the PS4 ones with Blaster + R4 Agromech. The squad suffered pilot skill issues against Darth Vader at ps9 and a swarm of Black Squadron Ties at PS4.

There are so many great builds for Boba.

I've been looking at two lists.

Xizor w/ Virago, Auto Thrusters, Adv. Sensors, and Outmaneuver (or Predator)

Syndicate Y-wing w/ Ion Turret and Unhinged Astromech

3 x Z-95's

Another list I've been thinking of:

Hide and Scyk:

Laetin w/ Heavy Scyk, Mangler Cannon, and Stealth Device

Kavil w/ Blaster Turret and R4 Agromech

Z-95 w/ Pulse Missile

2 x Cartel Spacers

Laetin snips from the flanks while the Scyk's try to arc dodge. Kavil doesn't need to be in arc. Z-95 Ionizes the juiciest target while the rest swarm.

I do want to try PTL Kath w/EU and Security Droid crew

The actions...so many actions...(well the Droid is just "acquire a target lock" so it's not really an action and it works even if green maneuvering out a stress unlike night beast :))

Laetin w/ Hvy Scyk, Mangler, and Stealth Device

Katil w/ Blaster and Agromech

I'd might be tempted to trade z95 for manglers on the cartels then upgrade Laetin's cannon to HCL

I dunno. The Cartels can't take a lot of hits. The Z-95 and Ion Pulse Missile (that gets to keep the TL) can put the zap on someone important right away and allow these 2 red die ships to get out of arc and at Range 1.

I like HLC's, but they are so expensive that I have a hard time justifying them. I know that's against the grain of most people on these forums.

Depends on the ship firing and being fired upon

A crit is just a hit by another other name if it removes a shield token, or if you get some truly useless crit, and more dice can mean more hits.

Incredibly accurate ships (re: tl + focus equivalent) are still most likely going to prefer the four dice. One die is often the difference between a dealt with threat or a ship that fights just as hard as if it had taken no damage (unless you get lucky with crits)

The rest are going to be a toss up between mangler and ion. The mangler's a great boon to anyone who can abuse it (normally 2 die styx, dash with no blindspot, nub & scarlet...) but between forcing a crit or an ion token through a high agility target, I'd much rather have the ion unless I could guarantee what crit the enemy would draw (and I can't)

Yeah, I thought of that after I posted the list. I think I'd put Predator on Kath and VI on Kavil. Something like that.
