Darths and Droids is freaking awesome. They teased a twist on the "I am your father" of Empire for months and still surprised the readers... And the grappling... oh the horror. 
Also, I would like to cast Bigger Fish on this thread.

yea.. Darth and droids is one of those great "I have an hour to kill, what should i do" types of things. Even if you don't have an hour it tends to suck them up
Darths and Droids is great. My biggest critique is that later episodes sacrifice more of the comedy for a richer story. I love a good story but I miss the concentration of jokes that the older issues had.

I feel like a lot of web comics do that. Order of the Stick, DM of the Rings, etc. If you don't mind slightly less clean humor, Blue Milk Special can be pretty good.
