The initiative bid with these ships isn't a bad idea. I'm a fan of Targeting Computer on either of those Interceptors, though Autothrusters will understandably be taking its place. Whisper could pick up a Tactician here, or in Intelligence Agent leaving you with 1 point for initiative.
